Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board offers an extensive range of Further Education(PLC) courses.  These courses prepare people  to enter employment at a level where particular knowledge and the ability to perform a range of tasks to a high standard is required.  In addition, these courses support individuals in gaining a place at third level.

Kilkenny and Carlow ETB provides PLC courses at QQI Level 5 and 6 for students with Leaving Certificate standard of education(or equivalent qualification) or suitable life/work experience throughout Carlow and Kilkenny.
